Need some workout recommendations
I would like to get some recommendations on a weight lifting program that i can do while i have recently had surgery. I’m not allowed to lift heavy for awhile and have to keep the weights light till further notice from my doc. I am going back to the gym to lift weights in about 4-6 weeks depending on how i heal. Any recommendations on a good workout program that will still bring in some results? I got in mind maybe high reps with light weight? I definitely want to keep the muscle i have now, but if i can build some or just maintain, then i’m ok with that. Thanks for any suggestions!

While you are recovering, my suggestion would be to do a high rep routine, about 15-20 reps for an excercise. Where the last 1 or 2 reps are a bit difficult
