YUMMY Sweet potatoes recipe
Sunday, February 15th, 2009This is a recipe that my husband found in a mag while at the gym and it has become a favorite around here. I have it with my early carb meals and it kills my sweet tooth.
Brown Sugar coated Sweet Potatoes
5 oz uncooked peeled sweet potatoes cut in cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend
Heat pan with oil until hot, add potatoes and let them cook till tender which is about 15 minutes or so. Then add the cinnamon and coat the potatoes. Finally add the Splenda brown sugar and let it melt in with the potatoes. This coats the potatoes with the sweetness. Yummy!
