PEE PEE HEAD!!

WOW, i forgot how much water i had to drink and how many dang potty breaks i had to take! GEEZ!!! People better watch out when i really gotta go bad cause i will be like one of the Wayman brothers in the white chicks movie…hehehe!! You know almost knocking folks out da way and stuff! Drinking only a gallon a day right now and that will be upped closer to my show date though. Here we go!
OK, food is right on and i have been 100% with everything (I miss those Dove dark chocolate covered almonds though), although i think i have been cheating my body out of protein. I have been staying hungry, wtf?? I mean, i weighed stuff to be sure today and i was only off like 2-3oz (could make the world of difference i guess) so now i got it all right. No more guessing stuff! My strength hasn’t been affected too bad in the gym and i feel like the creatine (CEE) before the lifts are really helping with that and with the new higher lift numbers. Ok, so i’m still looking SOOOO FORWARD to a cheat meal! It revved up my metabolism on my last comp prep and i really want some PIZZA!! Dang, i just started cutting this past Sunday…hehe…yeah go ahead and call me a WIMP! BLAH! My body NEEDS FOOD!! Carbs especially! I either lose or gain weight fast depending on my diet and carb consumption, heck my trainer had to up my carbs a bit close to my show due to this little problem.

Training is also going really good, my upper body is still kinda sucky though. I’m really pushing it though…I REALLY HATE WORKING CHEST THOUGH!! UGH!! Is it really necessary for a woman to work the chest really heavy? I just don’t get it. I feel like a man when i do bench presses…LOL. I can handle the cable chest presses though, yeah weird. Legs always seem to progress faster than anything, i love them! My upper body doesn’t love me, oh well with time! IN DUE TIME………..HURRY UP ALREADY!!! Thanks for reading my crazy bit of ranting blog :P

    You are a competitor now and its all abt symetry, so YES do them benchpresses and love them too! It’s those bodyparts we hate to do the most that’s essential to do the best for they usually lacking behind!
    So, suck it up soldier, get that protein in yur system, fuel with carbs before(and after) the workout and pump those chest! Try LAbradas Super charge for great pumps and strenght and recovery! I use it and I love it! Its NO2 based product and gives you crazy bloodflow, veins start poppin’ and u become animal in the gym! Really helps me while on low carbs too!
    Its low in carbs so it’s ok to have during cutting phase too.
    Pizza sounds great right now but we both know we wont have it till we down countless chicken breast, tilapia, egg whites and protein shakes as well as broccoli and those yummy green beans!

    LOVE reading your blogs! It’s ‘good’ thing you can lose weight so fast depending on your diet. What kind of creatine are you using? I’ve used no- explode before and LOVE IT!

    hehe, i feel ya Serb! I will have to look up the Labrada stuff. Yeah, it is all about symmetry! I already got some great vascularity, dang i wonder what would happen with that stuff! No exploding veins please! LOL. Yeah, i believe it will be a few weeks before i can have anything close to pizza. I will be patient and keep eating the dry azz chicken and the wonderful oatmeal (which i could have it twice a day).

    Ever, thanks! I am taking Primaforce CEE and love it! Now i don’t really like the taste though, but i have learned to mix it with water and chug it down before the lifts. Haven’t tried the No-Explode, but heard many rave about it.
