Week of gluttony!?

miss piggy

I feel like Missy Piggy right about now! This is my last week before i start my 12 weeks out cutting diet. I just know that i will be hard core dieting so my reaction so far since the weekend is to eat a LOT! I have been eating up a storm! Too much of everything and no it wasn’t all clean! I hope i don’t wreck anything this week, today my sis and I went to freaking Golden Corral buffet and it was good! I didn’t care too much for the veggies neither, i was carb loading…OH THE GLUTTONY! HAHA! Ok seriously, no more buffets for awhile! The peanut M&Ms won’t stop calling my name neither! Just trying to get all these freaking cravings out of my system before i go back into dieting. I really need to get with it on the water too. I have been slacking on that lately. My fat ass is eating some spanish rice pudding right now, but hey its made with splenda…hehe, i know still not that good. Sandra, SELF CONTROL…SAY IT!
Now the workouts have been awesome since i’m actually eating pretty good. I can lift heavier and just have enough strength to really feel the burn! I can still see some crazy vascularity when i work out esecially when i do bicep and tricep work. I’m going to really miss my strength that i have now when i’m dieting down…oh my muscles! I am kind of looking forward to cutting though, i miss the leaner me and want to see my body change again…also my clothes are getting a bit on the snug end. I don’t like that! I mean don’t get me wrong, i know i got too small when i dieted down for my last comp, but i liked being a size 5/6 :D

    I hear ya! Before I start "HARD" core I get all my cheats out of the way. Not that ive done a figure show or anything…either way it’s hard to be 100% clean especially when family is eating crap in front of you! Ugh I make my husband keep the crap in his car!

    lol. your "eat it all" mode prior to pre contest sounds like mine. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I’m ready to start training legs. Today will be my first day. Good luck on your diet. I’ll try and keep tabs on your progress.

    Haha…funny how your mind plays these tricks with you….knowing that you’ll soon be put on a strict diet, you instantly crave food. You’ll do fine! That’s wonderful about your strength gains!

    The hardest part is beginning the cycle, as you know….one week into it those peanut M&M’s will be pouting over in the corner due to lack of attention….
