Catching up with posting workouts and how the past days went :)
Sunday, September 30th, 20079/28 Workout:
Cardio HITT - (40min HITT, 10min warmup) on Elliptical (morning)
Distance:9.01
Incline: mid to max
*Extra: 20 military pushups, 20 second rest, 10 more military pushups
Refeed day, overall good!
9/29 Workout:
Cardio HITT - (40min HITT, 10min warmup) on Elliptical (morning)
Distance:7.54
Incline: mid to max
*Extra: 25 mins running/fast walking around neighborhood with 2 of my daughters. 5 minutes bellydancing.
Butt bridges -> 50 reps, then 50 pulses
Low carb day. Aight day.
9/30 Workout:
Olympic squats - 160×3x3 (did 3 extra reps)
Bench Press - 90×3x3 (2 sets were close grip)
Barbell Rows - 94×3x3 (did 5 extra reps)
Decline Ab crunches - 0×8x3
Bench Dips - 25×8x3
*Extra: Barbell lunges (44lbs) - 25 reps forward, 25 reps backwards
20 military pushups, 20 second rest, 15 more military pushups
CARDIO: 1 mile run completed at 9.44 minutes. Total time on treadmill: 22.01 minutes (1.78miles).
Good day, slow Sunday
Low carb day. Water intake going good and food is aight. Gotta catch up on meals though. Feeling like a CARDIO BUNNY!! Sheesh, but it does a body good!
