Olympic squats - 140×25x5
Bench Press - 75×25x5
Barbell Row - 74×25x5
Tricep Pulldowns - 35×24x3
Abs with weights - 20×24x3
Cardio HITT - 61 mins on treadmill
Distance: 3.81
Incline: low to high
Speed: 2.5-7.0
Eating, not too bad and water intake much better. Feel great to have done workout earlier today and not so late at night. Going to bed early today
