Workouts in the BAG!

Yesterdays workout:

Cardio HITT - 1 hr on elliptical

Distance: 10.70

Incline: mid to mid high

Ab Bootcamp: 2 circuits

Today's workout (DONE):

5×5 weight program:

Olympic squats - 140×25x5

Bench Press - 75×25x5

Barbell Row - 74×25x5

Tricep Pulldowns - 35×24x3

Abs with weights - 20×24x3

Cardio HITT - 61 mins on treadmill

Distance: 3.81

Incline: low to high

Speed: 2.5-7.0

Eating, not too bad and water intake much better. Feel great to have done workout earlier today and not so late at night. Going to bed early today ;) Tired mofo.

Todays awesome workout! feeling some DOMS coming on!

Workout today:

5×5 program

Olympic Squats –> 140×5

Military Press –> 54×5

Deadlifts –> 84×1 (too easy) 104×5

Barbell Shrugs –> 64×1 (too easy) 104×5

Bicep Curls –> 44×3

Bent Knee Leg Raises (abs) –> 0×3

I don’t really know how to notate the reps and weight. Hope it makes sense.

Cardio Hitt (1 hour)

Actually did 5 minutes extra

Distance: 11.36

Incline: mid to max

Overall a great workout! I am already starting to feel DOMS all over my body from doing this new program. I think i am really going to feel it in the next couple of days. Need to rest the muscles and let them fully recover.

Todays Kick A$$ workout!

5×5 weight program:

5×5 Olympic Squats –> 135lbs & 140lbs
5×5 Bench Press –> 75lbs
5×5 Barbell Rows –> 64lbs & 74lbs
5×8 Weighted sit ups –> 20lbs
3×8 Tricep Pulldowns –> 35lbs

Cardio 1 hour session on the elliptical
Distance: 10.43 miles
Incline: mid to max
Ab Bootcamp –> 2 circuits

I was sweating buckets! I feel great though and very energetic today. Must be the Thermo Dynamx i started taking again.

Tomorrow is my official end date for my Body for Life 2nd challenge. Onto to another one after a week break. I want to see more results and get down to my goal weight, whatever it takes here i come! End pics are up :)

Upped my weights on bench press and overall a awesome workout! One of the BEST! Also got some cardio on the tready, no HITT, but sweating like a MOFO. It made me tired OK! Kicking up several notches this week, gotta look MIGHTY SEXY AND MUSCULAR for my final BFL challenge #2 pics on Friday! WOO HOO!! Can you tell i’m excited??Getting up early tomorrow to do my Cardio HITT and it won’t only be 20 mins, more like 30mins. Need to burn the fat!
