any suggestions on forearms and neck, and how to make them bigger, toned,

any body nowk how to make forearms bigger and lats and lower and middle back,traps,yawn, and to add tone to my neck and thickness to my lats too? any suggestions or advice excersices, routines? etc.

So for the first itme I went to go for a class to learn Muay Thai kickboxing. However, I don’t know how they do it, but keeping your arms up for the first hour, my shoulders started to burn last monday. Now I’m switching to ju-jitsu, then i’ll make my final decision. They both will help me greatly.

Alright, so yesterday I just took up a physical education course of weight training to fget my degree in kinisieology (oh, what the hell, who cares about the spelling!). Ok, well I found it very easy, even though I arrive half- an hour late to it anyways. But, I was the most well shaped athlete shall I say, not that there were some big guys, oh no there were, but I had prior knowledge before taking this elective class. All I gotta say is when this is over is, NEEEEXXXTTT!!!!!

Excessively Yawning (Haaaaaaaaa……..)

 Now, I have to get this out since I have been holding this in for some time now. I have been excessively yawning, no i’m not tired, no i’m not fatigued, am I? Ever since, maybe a month ago, I started taking up yoga to improve my running for the Chicago Half Rock N’ Roll Marathon. Ever since, what, maybe the second session I think it may have messed up my breathing pattern. What the hell am I talking about, right? Yeah, I know. But, in yoga there is a lot of breathing and shaping exercises, however, I don’t think anybody else has this pob lem in the class. Bikram Yoga that is. Now that yoga has been over, and I have only gone maybe 5-7 times out of the month, yea I know okay, but it’s two hours of strenous 105 degree heated exercise, I have still been yawning alot through out the day. Any advice, or tips would be greaaat!!! Thanxs!!!!!
