any body nowk how to make forearms bigger and lats and lower and middle back,traps,yawn, and to add tone to my neck and thickness to my lats too? any suggestions or advice excersices, routines? etc.

Okay so around June 14, about a 7- day radius around that time, I was being weighed in by a trainer in my gym, it said 154.2, or I can’t remember if it was 154.4 or 154.2, or 152.4, but whatever it is, I know I am losing weight. Not good! However, I am much more deifined on my arms like my biceps and some parts of my triceps now too. Although I am much more defined, now, it’s more like a skinny guy definition, so in other words, It’s because of all of my cardio that I am doing. I am preparing for a race, a half-marathon called the Chicago Distance Half-Classic or something like that. Anyway, I know this is what I am going to have to do in order to be well ,you know, successful in the race, which is approximately 13.1 miles. How’s that for a cardio workout. Anywho, I am really excited and I can’t weight to start gaing my lost wondered lean mass back. On the other hand, who knows my body fat when i got it measured was 9.3%, the same amount when I got it checked on a special scale in 8th. grade. That was a few years ago. Whoo…. That must mean even if it doesn’t say it on the new freaky cool chest heart rate monitor they told me to put around me just afew couple weeks ago, to measure my bf% for a specific that purpose, does not mean i didn’t lose any water or fat. Soo since i started realizing this just a little weeks ago, this means what i am trying to say. Just because, no wait, iknow i still probably have at least at around 9.3% bf%, i know i just lost some water or some loose extra fat or saomerthing because i still have to be at around 9.3$ bf%. I just feel looser and skinnier. Man,! Ineed to get back in to to shape.!!!!. whoooo!!!!1
