Competition at work, Get-Er-Done!!!!
Monday, December 10th, 2007I am going to conduct a competition at work starting January 1, 2008 until April 1, 2008. This competition is going to be about who can lose the most body fat. So far I have 3 people willing to do this with me. This will be a fun way to get everyone involved at work, so they can see what exactly I do on a daily basis in the gym. This will also teach them to take better care of their body and health. We will be measured at the beginning, in the middle and then at the end of the competition. I can’t wait to start this competition with my co-workers. This will also help me in my cutting phase so I can see what I need to do further before October 18, 2008 for my competion in Miami.
