Being so Tired, you don’t feel like working out
I woke up this morning at 4:30am to get ready for work and I did not feel like getting out of bed, but I knew I had to be at work before 5:30am. I got up, got dressed and went to work. Now that I’m at work, all I want to do is close my eyes and forget about going to the gym. However, that will not happen because I have a service to my community and to myself. I have to get my ass into that gym and do cardio today. What a morning!!!!

Don’t you just hate mornings like that!!! I promise U, if you get to the gym, u’ll feel better when it’s done!!!

There is one very important thing to consider, and it is rest, after resting one day or two, you will not loose a cm. but you will have gain more drive! Resting also allows muscle to grow after a workout. So sometimes, yes, listen to your body.
