Taking my son to school
I took my son to school yesterday for the first time since I’ve been lifting. The looks on people ’s faces were priceless. I looked over at my son and asked him if he had noticed them looking. I told him let them look because the longer they look the more jealous they will be. We kept walking and once inside the school the kids were looking at me in amazement and giggling and talking to each other about me. My son and I reached his classroom where I turned around to walk away after his hand and telling him to have a great day and I heard his buddy say, "Dang, you’re dad is HUGE!" This made my day, the more people say things like that, makes me work harder in the gym to obtain all of the goals that I have set for myself. Even the people in my church can not believe how big I have gotten since I’ve been bodybuilding. There was a rumor going around that I was on the "juice". My good wife, squashed that shit real fast!!!! I was so proud of her for backing me up on what I am trying to accomplish for myself.

You should feel good. And a high five for your wife too.

Your family must be very proud of you. Keep up the great work.

By being in shape (big and strong man) you make you son proud. He can stick his chest out at the playground and hold his head high when the kids start the widely recognized comparisons of, "I bet my Dad can beat up your Dad". And that’s what it’s all about.
