Well, it’s been awhile since I have posted anything on the blog. Some update on my progress. As you can see from my progress pics I have been hitting the weights hard 5 days a week with 2 days off. My 10 year old son works out with me now. A friend that hasn’t seen me in awhile asked if I was taking steroids because of the amount of muscle I have gained and I told her no, all I was doing was working out 5 days a week, taking supplements and eating right. My son and I had a bet about something that was said on T.V. and the outcome was that he was wrong, so now he has to endure a week of my workouts for him.
A fellow police officer asked me today in the gym if he could start working out with me. I guess I am making a difference in my agency. Fellow officers can not believe their eyes when they see me walking down the hall from the changes my body has taken from a year ago.
