Don’t want to make this long and drawn out but here it goes.

I think I am actually FINALLY to the point in my physical life that I have achieved minor goals in changing my habits. I told someone before that from birth until about 21yrs old I never looked at a weight or even flinched at pursuing a diet. Well after I continued looking in the mirror and realizing that I had an extremely bad case of LOW SELF ESTEEM and INSECURITY I had to stop blaming others for looking the way I did and start doing something about it.

I have yet a loooong way to go to achieve the God-given physique under this skin, but I am most thankful that through the process (and much prayer) I have been able to help myself not only physically but mentally and spiritually which is the MOST POWERFUL healing that must take place FIRST AND FOREMOST. Please be patient with the updates to my progress (I’ve gotta go buy a camera-lol). Now that the inside of me is taken care of (Thanks to God ONLY) its time for the outward appearance to follow suit!
