It finally hit me today ok yesterday, after a woke up from a rice cake infused coma from the night before. &quot;<strong>I got to start eating clean</strong> <strong>and eating clean Now</strong>&quot;. I am so proud of the accomplishments I have made in the last 7 weeks&#8230;&#8230;..going from 5-5 110 pounds stick thin no muscle to 5-5 130 pounds solid but I gained ALOT of fat too. But I also went from BF of 13 percent to &#8230;.oh shit I don&#8217;t even want to guess&#8230;.LOL    18 percent??? Yikes so now Terry ( my trainer has given me a diet to follow) not a starvation diet or anything but a guidline. Hell when it comes to eating and what to eat i am a lose cannon. Ricwe cakes and salt&#8230;yummy huh.</p>

<p>We&#8217;ll see how this goes, hopefully i can keep this up for a full week!!! Need to lose the spare tire pronto!!!!  ha  ha i a so damn funny&#8230;LOL</p>
