Wednesday, November 12th, 2008time to get serious put on more muscle, then trim on down and see what I built! I can’t wait… sha-wing!!!!!!!!!! HA HA HA
Hopefully I will be able to lose as easily as I put on muscle, but again time will tell.

Off Season Weight Gain
Monday, October 6th, 2008Oh oh oh….where to begin. It finally hit me today ok yesterday, after a woke up from a rice cake infused coma from the night before. "I got to start eating clean and eating clean Now". I am so proud of the accomplishments I have made in the last 7 weeks……..going from 5-5 110 pounds stick thin no muscle to 5-5 130 pounds solid but I gained ALOT of fat too. But I also went from BF of 13 percent to ….oh shit I don’t even want to guess….LOL 18 percent??? Yikes so now Terry ( my trainer has given me a diet to follow) not a starvation diet or anything but a guidline. Hell when it comes to eating and what to eat i am a lose cannon. Ricwe cakes and salt…yummy huh.
We’ll see how this goes, hopefully i can keep this up for a full week!!! Need to lose the spare tire pronto!!!! ha ha i a so damn funny…LOL
