Glutes?!?! what are they??
Sunday, April 5th, 2009Sorry, I’m getting ready for work and i gotta write this quick…. i have a problem… yes it seems as though i always do and it’s always related to the fact that i started out weight lifting, not knowing diddly squat about anything. well i am one of those girls who you would say is pear-shaped. and i HATE it!!! my body tends to store more fat in my legs and hips and BUTT. so its very easy to lose stomach fat but almost impossible to lose lower body fat. Well, i need to lose lower body fat and im not sure exactly how to do this. im afraid to try different glute exercises because i dont know which ones will make my butt bigger and which ones will tone it out. I know cardio helps a lot but i dont want to do too much so that i lose all gains im making in my glutes and they just turn to mush…. hahahha. well this is all i have time to write at the moment. suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!
