So, as most girls, I have a problem with my nutrition. But its not the problem of over-eating sweets. its the problem of not eating enough. I am so paranoid about gaining weight that I eat practically nothing. Now one would think that this would cause you to lose a lot of weight fast, however, this is not the case. I am remaining exactly the same, and I dont like this. You see, I found out that when you eat close to nothing your metabolism goes to rest mode and thats whats happened to me. I bought the most recent issue of ‘oxygen’ and they have an article about how to lose ten pounds in 21 days. i read through it and saw that they have you eating 6 meals a day, and theyre still warning you about hunger pains! so yesterday i tried this, i ate more and more often than i usually do. i was very nervous about gaining weight, but i weighed myself this morning and my weight had not changed! this means that eating more is not bad for you! i just need to kick start my metabolism again. the body is really such an amazing thing =]

every time you eat, your metabolism goes faster, therefore, burning more calories. you also gotta watch out WHAT you eat, you just cant eat anything. Try and keep track of your protein and carbohydrate intake, your protein intake should be higher, and you will loose the weight you want. Also, if you want a healthy fat burner, supplement with green tea extract.

It took me about one week to lose 7 lbs. I started eating 8 times a day. the first two days I could barley eat that much but after that I was going crazy by 8:00 pm hunger pains. But I stuck with it. Now my problem is loosing to much too fast. stick with it your a very beautiful women and I wish you the best.
