Sunday, March 15th, 2009So, as most girls, I have a problem with my nutrition. But its not the problem of over-eating sweets. its the problem of not eating enough. I am so paranoid about gaining weight that I eat practically nothing. Now one would think that this would cause you to lose a lot of weight fast, however, this is not the case. I am remaining exactly the same, and I dont like this. You see, I found out that when you eat close to nothing your metabolism goes to rest mode and thats whats happened to me. I bought the most recent issue of ‘oxygen’ and they have an article about how to lose ten pounds in 21 days. i read through it and saw that they have you eating 6 meals a day, and theyre still warning you about hunger pains! so yesterday i tried this, i ate more and more often than i usually do. i was very nervous about gaining weight, but i weighed myself this morning and my weight had not changed! this means that eating more is not bad for you! i just need to kick start my metabolism again. the body is really such an amazing thing =]
