good or bad?
So now that the semester has started up again (well its been going on for a month now) i find it hard to fit regular workouts into my days. I dont have as much money for gym memberships and i am tired, all the time! thats what i get for getting on average 4 hours of sleep a night…. i think i have found something helpful in this situation that will keep me shape until the semester is over and i can dedicate more time to the gym again.
dont laugh, but its an old school iron aerobic vhs! with susan harris! it doesnt sound like much, but this tape is very difficult! it uses dumbbells and leg weights, involving alot of weighted lunges, squats, plias, bridge work, leg raises, abs, shoulder work, tris, bis, chest…. everything! the only problem is that it doesnt have any back exercises, and i was very proud of my back, i dont want it to go away! but whats good about it is that i can see small changes in my thighs and glutes already after only doing this for a week and a half. the video is an hour long so i have to do it at certain times during the day when im sure i can fit it into my schedule. either that or do it at night after work, you can do it far after the gyms have closed for the night!
ill be posting my weight and progress pics of myself every week to see how good im doing on meeting my goals! 125 by graduation! which is mid-may!
good luck everyone and thanks for motivating me!

WOW!!! You sound super busy! that is nuts! Doesn’t your school have a gym. Mine did thats why I ask. Its good that you are doin the tape anything is better than nothin! For your back there are tons of things you can do for back with DBs!!!! and you could always get a pullup bar!! It seems extreme kinda but I put one in my closet for PT testing time of year(MIL)
Always make sure you are eating clean! That has The biggest impact on your physique!
Good luck on your goal! 125 is waiting for you!! And congrats on graduating school!!

Sounds like good & true exercises so you will do fine. I started out with doing the same exercises at home. get yourself a pair of Perfect Pushups. They work great. Just add some one arm dumbell rows for your back. cv
