Ok well today I ran 5 miles. Today I broke records! I did the first 3.2 miles in 32:50 min. (5k) and 5 miles in 47:00 min. and for the first time I ran the whole 5 miles without drinking any water!

Well I fail my test today so im down tonight…My sit and reach was 22 inches…passing was 14.5 inches. sit-ups I lock up at 26 passing was 32…;(…..Im 100% that I could have pass the push-ups and the 300 meter run. Im not going to give up. I tasted failure for the first time and I hate it! wont happen again
