well its been awile since i wrote anything but my workouts continue even though im not writing them down,i see improvment in my abs and shoulders, been working on eating better, and eating more protein,i have a new respect for all body builders,its hard work and strict eating habbits to reach your goals,other wise your not really doing it right,if you are looking for the body you want…so as im going along im finding myself in a routine that fits into my life to continue working out and staying the course,and watching what i eat and when.im getting better everyday,mentally and physically,so not bad for a 44 year old huh!!!!

back and shoulders today..

I started a bit slow today , but started to get motivated after the first set of pull downs. My weights are going up little by little .My body is starting to change in what i’m focusing on,my abs and chest and legs.Over all i have been doing this for a year,results are showing,my eating is a concern im trying to find out if im eating enough food, to biuld more muscle i eat 6 to 8 meals a day .I’m finding out that its not that easy to break old habbits ,but im doing it,its harder then it looks to maintain the eating machine LOL.I want to get a six pac, and larger legs and chest, thats my goal ,i love doing arms ,and feel the arms are greatl y improved ,so thats why the focus is on stomach and chest.Also i have to up my cardio too..

seeing improvement..

Its my second entry and i’m starting to see some results my strength went up and my work outs are more intense.I have been able to basically stop eating bread and im eating about every two hours which is hard to do ..i thought it would be easy but its not ,i started to write my times on what i eat so i can see it visually on papper,that helps me focus on why im doing it for to get abs and to build muscle.I feel great at 44 ,but my mind and body actually feels like im 30,i drink alot of water and eat tons of protien, with a protien drink,i have a great partner who motivates me even more ..that would be my wife Carolyn she and i have been doing this for a year and we are both seeing great results.well time too eat   LOL..

i found that diet and working out at a steady pace shows results, i stopped eating bread increased y protein and making sure i eat every 3 hours ,i make sure i get 8 hours a sleep a day or more .this process should help me gain muscle and ripped at the same time.its also funny that when i take a pic of my self i never look the same as if i was looking in the mirror.so i have some work to do and get shreded  then again i did just start my not eating bread, and sticking to oatmeal and rice as my carbs,time will tell.i do see some improvment but the pictures i take just doesnt catch the progress the way i actually see in person,.i take my muscle milk protein drink twice a day.well my goal is build muscle while keeping melting some fat on my stomach.got to keep on trucking…
