I am currently in a LEAN bulk phase myself. I have found that consuming more calories, but keeping it fairly clean and still getting in my cardio (average of 20 min. per day 4-5 days a week) has minimized the amount of fat gain. I have gained approximately 10 lbs over the last month and still have a pretty solid abdominal display. I plan to bulk until approximately March and will cut from there. Good luck with your goals and keep pushing on! You'll reap the rewards in the end. P.S. I dig the bike! I just bought my first bike this last year (VStar 1100).

You're not the only one man! I always try to stick to a bulk during the winter...but it never lasts long because I hate seeing the definition fade away. I have been "bulking" since September and just decided to switch back to a "cut" again. I made good gains in mass...but for me...the additional size and mass wasn't worth losing definition and being lean.

Good luck man!
