back at it
I haven’t done much since my last entry but I have this week off and now is the time to get back into a routine. My husband & I have booked our first trip out of the country, we are going to Cuba in January. I am very excited, we have never been on a plane or traveled so far. Now I have some really good motivation, I want to be able to wear my bikini on our trip and be comfortable in it. So I am going to have to work really hard on my eating and drinking, these are the hardest parts for me. I love to eat and me and my husband love to eat at restaurants .. that is going to have to stop. I have started tracking my calorie intake using a great website (fitday.com) I think if I have to be accountable for what I put into my mouth I might not do it.
