time for a change

In my last blog I told you what i wanted to loose now i’d like to let you all know abit more about me. I’m 34 i am currently unemployed do to the economy. i love my car which happens to be an 05 mustang. i have no kids yet, i have been married for 5 yrs. now this past week has been tough for me i only got to the gym 3 days but i worked out hard. i am going grocery shopping tomorrow. i am making a list of food to buy to help me on my journey. i have been spending alot of time online trying to find a job and my weight loss efforts have suffered for it. i plan to start writing down everything i eat and when i eat it. i also want to start tracking my progress in the gym so i can let al of you know how i’m doing. the only supps i will be taking are protien, celltech hardcore and the new supp from muscle tech intravol. the rest will just be diet change and working out. starting tomorrow feb 16 i am going to embarck on a 12 week journey to see see what i can do with out al the fat burners and other stuff. so keep coming back and hopefuly i’ll be able to get some pics to track my progress and post for you  so you can see how i did. untill next time. godbless.

time for a change

Today was the day i step on the scale and decided i’d had enough. it’s time for a change in my life.i am 5′ 6" and i weighed in at a whopping 260. so today i’m sitting down and writing my goals for my personal health. i have been working out on and off for a while now but haven’t been really committed.  if anyone has any advise please let me know. i like to workout early so as far as eating goes i could use some help on how to split my meals. my reall problem is actually eating. i only eat maybe twice a day and when i do it’s till i’m full. and i hate cardio. but it’s time to put it all together and go all out. full speed ahead.
