Cinnamon helps metabolize sugars more effectively. It will also help lower the body’s blood sugar level. High blood sugar levels and excess sugar in the blood can lead to fat storage. Cinnamon is also a great natural way to sweeten your food.
Protein
You will burn more calories digesting protein then digesting carbs or fats. Protein is also very important for building muscles and muscles are a fat burns. Muscles will burn fat even while at rest.
