"I give myself 2 years to complete my goal of going from a size 16 to a size 3. I am only 4'10", so that's not an unrealistic size for me....Okay, now it's December, and I have lost about 38 lbs. I feel great and the aches and pains are gone."

I’m new here

My name is Theresa and I have been here about 2 months.  I am 36 yrs old and have four beautiful children.  Two boys, ages 16 years and 2 years, and two girls, ages 9 years and 10 months.  I still have quite a baby bulge after my last two babies and have gained quite a bit of weight over the years.  I don’t really eat much, but thanks to my Native ancestry, I have a Yugo metabolism.  I am serious when I say I can gain weight on 900 calories per day.  Hard exercise is the key for me.  Lots of weight.  I am very strong under all this fat and build muscle extremely easily.   My body can work very hard pretty easily.  I still only eat a little, and as much as I would like to, I will only gain weight if I eat more than 1000 cal. per day even while working out.  However, as much as I hate to post my meals (I know I’ll get scolded)  I will do it.  Thismorning, I took my supplements with 32oz of H2O, ate a protien bar and had a cup of unsweetened coffee with non-dairy creamer.  Lunch was my supplements again with 30 oz. of H20, a handful of cornchips with 1 oz of salsa and I continued to sip on my cold morning coffee.  Dinner was 1/2 of a deer meat fahita with peppers and onions and cheese.  Only had time for some leg presses and calf presses today.  Still sore from increasing my reps two days ago.  I’ve really been getting some burn lately.  Tonight before bedtime, I’ll take my supplements again, less CLA, with 32 oz. H20.  I plan to get more protein and less carbs tomarrow.
