<p>2 hardboiled egg whites diced - 1/2 can of tuna - 1/2 sweet potato - cayenne pepper(helps boost metabolism and tastes good) add whatever seasonings you like&#8230; and sitr together.. the end result is gym rat chum&#8230;. tasted good.. i used 2 tblspoons of mojo to add flavor&#8230;. this def helps before a workout and def after for post workout grub.</p>
