gym rat chum
well i woke up this morning and was in a rush to make a quick meal to eat before my workout.
2 hardboiled egg whites diced - 1/2 can of tuna - 1/2 sweet potato - cayenne pepper(helps boost metabolism and tastes good) add whatever seasonings you like… and sitr together.. the end result is gym rat chum…. tasted good.. i used 2 tblspoons of mojo to add flavor…. this def helps before a workout and def after for post workout grub.
try it out… add ure own flavor and lemme know what ya think!
