back on track
Thursday, November 19th, 2009I was sick for almost 2 weeks….kept working out but at a pace that was much less intense. I’m proud of myself for at least doing SOME sort of workout even though I didn’t feel well. I am feeling better and back to my regular workouts…had a great boxing session this morning!
In spite of all my challenges recently, I am only 5 pounds away from a goal I had set to reach by thanksgiving. I know I won’t make it but I am pretty darn close! Still have a ways to make it to my final goal, but have found that setting mini achievable goals has helped my drive!
