Why do I do this to myself? I am really trying to allow myself to cheat a little on my diet on the weekends….but every weekend i seemto go overboard and end up feeling like a failure on monday mornings….I Feel Like CRAP!!!

oh honey!! do i know how you feel!! my past few weekends have been complete binges and i feel so upset with myself too and ashamed…..that is why i’m going to get help to find the answers for why i do this..
there is a solution to the problem….i will find it and you will too
