I was sick for almost 2 weeks….kept working out but at a pace that was much less intense. I’m proud of myself for at least doing SOME sort of workout even though I didn’t feel well. I am feeling better and back to my regular workouts…had a great boxing session this morning!
In spite of all my challenges recently, I am only 5 pounds away from a goal I had set to reach by thanksgiving. I know I won’t make it but I am pretty darn close! Still have a ways to make it to my final goal, but have found that setting mini achievable goals has helped my drive!

Why do I do this to myself? I am really trying to allow myself to cheat a little on my diet on the weekends….but every weekend i seemto go overboard and end up feeling like a failure on monday mornings….I Feel Like CRAP!!!

I have made the decision to change things up….need to break through plateau! I have revised a whole new very intense workout which i will begin in december and continue for december and january…then…since i love training for boxing so much and cant stay away for long….will go back to my boxing training in February…but will also take that up a notch when i start up again. For now…have one more month of boxing training and LOVING every minute of it!
Also…this is the first year in a LONG time that I am not tempted at all by all the halloween candy laying around…YAY!

I FINALLY entered in new measurements and posted a new photo. I really need to post a new full body photo…for some reason, when i look at the ones i’ve taked, i feel like they don’t look different enough from the first ones i’ve posted. I’m sure they so, i’m just not so confident right now.
Also, on the new measurements…i realized that last time I entered my hips incorrectly….looks like i gained inches in my hips, but i actually lost…the last number was something like 36..should have been 46
Boxing is going well, but will be coming to an end in December. Thinking of either taking 2 months off from it and starting something diff for the winter…then getting back to boxing in March. We’ll see. I LOVE boxing, but need to change things up for my body for a couple of months. I was in a bit of a funk for a while, but i’m back up to FULL motivation speed!!!!!!!!!!!

I really need to update my photos and my measurements!!! I’ve been steadily losing weight and am getting tighter..just haven’t measured myself ..I know that would motivate me. I promise…before the month is over, I will update my site. Need to block some time on the weekends to do so.

Haven’t been able to spend much time online lately, been sooooooooo busy! But i am still working my butt off training and am seeing progress, which is so motivating! I do need to make some time each week to spend online at this site…i find that I’m more motivated for the week if i’ve been on bodybuilding.com for at least a few minutes!

No new weight loss to report this week, but I definately got a little smaller. I went shopping for jeans yesterday and was able to buy 2 size 14s and 1 size 12….i had been in a tight 16 for a long time. For the first time I didn’t feel like crying in a dressing room…i actully thought i looked pretty good..not great, but pretty good.

I am having a great week. I’m having wonderful workouts and eating really well! I am proud of myself!! I’ve just got to hang in there. Having a bit of a struggle trying to work out a boxing schedule …after next week, my hours change at work. I really don’t want to give up boxing…it’s my favorite thing ever!!! I hope my trainer and I can work something out.
