Yep Videos are posted “The Crazy bastard did it.
1.5 hours in the Gym, 5 Personal Records set.
1st was Standing Barbell press and I was cold at the time. 210×2 reps
2nd was Seated DB Presses by now I was warming up. 100×4 reps.
3rd was Flat Bench DB Presses. 115×1 ( as I pushed for the second rep I lost the left arm. So The Video is of 110×7
4th was Smith Machine Closegrip Press 240×3
5th was Weighted Dips 305 total weight with body weight for 3 reps 1 partial
Nice set of PR’s for this week, but Monday starts the run to break those and I will shatter them this next week!
Proving by being alive that old is fun!!!!!!
