Man if you only could come out and play with me lol. At the ball game it was unbelievable sunny and warm hanging out in shorts and shirtless seriously pumped up from Friday's lifting session and just starting to get tan, I have to say I looked good dammit lol. I had people come up to me and say wow you are solid guy..., some young athletic type guys were like man I hope I'm that SWOLL when I get your age lol,

I dont know guys but today I was in the twilight zone I have never gotten this much attention out in public. After the game I knocked off 2 sets of Pushups in the Grass across from the stadium and had some couples watching, after I was done a couple of the guys came up asking me how many I could do in a sitting and if I did alot of AB work ( which... See More I said I did not train Abs vary much) they were blown away when I told them my age. Then we went to PF Changs for happy hour ( I drank Green Tea) had some Dynamite shrimp and veggie rolls, and had a great time a couple of the guys wanted to buy me drinks they said anyone that worked out as hard as I did deserved it ( I said I did not drink this time of year but said thx.I found out the 2 couples paid our tab before they left ( now how cool is that ).

LIfe is great when your fit happy and show it guys. I went out into the world with a smile for everyone, a visible passion for life and wow I had a great time.. So many times I see guys with a total closed attitude toward everyone outside thier circle, frowns on thier faces looking at the world thru defensive eyes and facial expressions Like thier ready to tear you apart if you speak to them, but I am open to everyone and show visible love to everyone I meet, showing Joy that is unwavering when I am out in public and today is an example of how the World answers those that enjoy life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then this morning I went to the gym for my daily 30 minutes in the steam room and was complimented from the guys at the gym about my current progress looking great!! I am just nothing but happy guys, just happy

Dont take this as bragging because thats not why I posted it, and that not what it is about. Its life lessons from a vary young man!!!!!!!!!!.

The rest of the day is going to just be fun and relaxing.
