bicep were 17′’ after the workout !!!

HARDCORE !!!!!!!!!!!!
Today i’ve done 185 for 20 reps just to see how much i could do. 20 is good i think. After that i did incline presses and fly.
I will probably do like pre contest workout. 2-3 exercice and 2-3 set per muscle of 15-20 rep. Using light weight.
I won’t train this week cause i have my all-stars team football pratice everynight. I don’t want to overtrain.
Tonight back workout will be that:
Today, I have eat a lot and tonight i will go train my back. It will be cool !
