For my abs, I like to work them not long but hardcore. I go to a high cable machine and do damn heavy cable crunch to failure for 6 set. After that, I do weigted crunch for some set, weighted leg raise for some sets and to finish hanging monkey crunch. All that till failure, till my abs are burning like hell.

Today legs workout will be 4 set of squat, 4 set of leg press, 4 super set of leg extension leg curl, 3 set of stiff-leg deadlift.

Today i’ve done 185 for 20 reps just to see how much i could do. 20 is good i think. After that i did incline presses and fly.

I will probably do like pre contest workout. 2-3 exercice and 2-3 set per muscle of 15-20 rep. Using light weight.
