So the past 2 weeks have been a major set back in my training, I havent been able to workout, first I got sick, then school started and with coaching my sons baseball team it just seems I havent had anytime for myself.  but there is some good news to my gloomy two weeks… I got a job working at a local hospital as an ICU tech.

Can anyone please tell me the best way to drop my bodyfat percentage. I would like to get really cut. Is it best to do alot of cardio and do light weight lifting?? also does hydroxycut hardcore work?  is it safe to stack with no explode and nitrix??

Today was a great day for me… for the first time in a very very very long time I was able to do a 3k on the treadmill, I ran between a 4.5 and a 5.0, Im really proud of myself….

I have been pushing myself to the limit, I have been doing really good on my diet, and working out really hard, but I can not seem to lose any weight. For the first 2 weeks the weight just seemed to drop off, now I have hit a problem, I cant seem to get past 222.  HELP ME. I want to get down to 170… can someone please give me some advice on what I am doing wrong.

five pounds down and the week is not over

So I started this diet 2 weeks ago… was not able to work out much during the holidays… the first week of january I hit the gym hard… and I have to say I feel amazing. I have lost over 5 pounds. My waist is feeling slimmer and the clothes are feeling looser. If I keep up this pace I will reach my goal quicker then I planned… I know some of you are going to say that loosing 5 pounds a week is not healthy, but Im not starving my self, I have been eating extremly healthy… well I plan to post some new pics next week.
