As of right now I’m planning on doing the NABBA PENNSYLVANIA GRAND PRIX BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS. It’s only novice but I plan on winning so I can qualify for NABBA nationals in oct and try my best vs the big boys. I don’t really have others planned right now, its more a wait and see approach. The show is Aug 25th in downtown PA!!

I had a very successful year in 2006. I know I did ok in my three shows placing 5th, 5th, and 3rd in novice classes. I know that in 2007 I will be better than ever. I have bigger goals and I know I won’t be 220 like I used to be so getting in prime condition shouldn’t be a problem anymore. I have never seen myself truly ripped but from many comments from friends, fellow gym members, and the judges I know I’ll do very well. I expect myself to compete next year as a welterweight/middleweight. I’ll most likely come 165 and I know I’ll be ripped. It’s time to get real serious. Watch out for me in 2007 because it’s gonna be the best for me TO DATE!

Well, so far my year back in competing has been interesting. In two shows this year I’ve finished 5th in both. I didn’t mind the 1st show but the 2nd show’s placing I was not happy with. I thought I should of been top 3 at least but to hear 5th didn’t fly with me. Don’t get me wrong, I got all respect for my fellow bb’ers on stage with me but I felt I presented more mass and more definition than the next guy. Yes, I didn’t have all the cuts as some of them did but hey when you put Bantams, light weights and middleweights in same group what can you judge or look for? Anyway, I’m now prepping for the NGA international show in FL this sat and I hope to come in tighter and better.
Here are some pics from my show

Well, 6 weeks out from monster mash in cincy and I’m excited. I think I’ll finally turn some heads. My only worry is to get my damn abs in. However, at 180, I got 6 weeks to get it done! Legs and arms and almost everythign else is in.. just need to get in top condition!
