<p>I am back on the space sorry for being MIA for the last half of the year.&nbsp; I have had a crazy 2nd half of 2008 and am looking forward to a prosperous 2009.&nbsp; I lost my job in October and ventured out on my own business.&nbsp; I have a Kiosk in the mall called General Gadget that sells cell phone accessories and electronic gadgets.&nbsp; We will soon be selling cellular service out of this kiosk also.&nbsp; So time, ofcourse has been limited but I have coninued to work out.&nbsp; I also have the opportunity to be the strength coach for a local boxing gym.&nbsp; The gym is Team Amos Boxing and I have already hyper extended my right elbow sparring (this will not detour me, I can do legs every other day for a week and then start light next week).&nbsp; I am going to blog every sunday from now on, since it is dead in the mall.&nbsp; Hope every body had a great Christmas and Wish you all best luck in 2009!</p>
<p>P.S watched the Silver Gloves regional tournament last night.&nbsp; Those Kids Rock, Some of the best boxing out there, Way to go Guys

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have had an elbow injury for almost a year now that won&#8217;t go away.&nbsp; I injured my left elbw while doing heavy overhead DB flys and I rested it for probably 4 months before trying any extention moves for Tris.&nbsp; It is just an irritating pain.&nbsp; It feels like shooters elbow which I have had on my right elbow before (I can barely shoot with my right hand much less my left).&nbsp; I have gotten to where I can do Rope press downs and Overhead Rope extensions but nothing with a strait or easy bar.&nbsp; I have been able to make gains with Dips and Close grip benching but want to get back to skull crushers.&nbsp; any suggestions on how to put this nagging injury to rest would be great.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is a good thing I have become num to the scale.&nbsp; The scale is like a friend of a friend that you really shouldn&#8217;t trust but have to&nbsp; listen to sometimes.&nbsp; I am doing a toning and fat burning program that consists of supersets with 15 to 20 reps.&nbsp; Each work out last week made me want to puke and I lost one pound.&nbsp; This is usually where I say screw this and go back to 8-10 reps but I will push on.&nbsp; I will give this at least two more weeks before I look to see if I need to switch it up.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just saying high to every one.&nbsp; I havn&#8217;t had a chance to really get on the site but still have been working hard in the gym.&nbsp; I have ups and downs as far as diet is concerned but if you know me then you already new that.&nbsp; About to kill legs and abs and then off to work.&nbsp; Been Doing Deep squats lately and enjoying the burn.&nbsp; I just have to get past the fact that I have to take half the weight off.&nbsp; Form over all is the most important thing.&nbsp; Basicly like I sd saying hi to all that I havn&#8217;t talked to in a while.&nbsp; Hit me up and let me know how your doing.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Blasting my limbs is the next phase of my transformation.&nbsp; I am content for the time being with my chest and Back.&nbsp; My legs and arms on the other hand are definetly to small.&nbsp; Upper/Lower body spit.&nbsp; Upper day will have a couple of movements to maintain Back and Chest but will mostly be devoted to Arms.&nbsp; Then of course Leg days would be for Legs.&nbsp; Mornings will do cardio, abs, pullups and Dips.&nbsp; Evening will go heavy to build muscle.&nbsp; Not 100% sure on how the workouts will be structured so I welcome suggestions from people who have had success in Arms and or Legs.&nbsp; Excited to see my results.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On the 24th of March I wrote my last blog titled rededication.&nbsp; Since then I am happy to report that the dedication has become a lifestyle.&nbsp; Today is my rest day and I can&#8217;t wait till tomorrow to get to the gym and murder my chest and delts.&nbsp; I have been working out at night and getting great results.&nbsp; I havn&#8217;t did any cardio yet but still seem to be loosing fat while I gain muscle.&nbsp; 8-12 reps 3 sets sometimes pyrimiding or using supersets, and sometimes just the regular 3X10. Going heavy and have been sore for a couple of days after every workout.&nbsp;&nbsp; Soon I will be going to full body every other day split with tons of cardio but for now I will continue till I quit growing.&nbsp; I am on vacation this week from work to fix up my house but am not taking a vacation from the gym.&nbsp; Will post more progress picks in a couple of weeks, since I plan to have more noticable differences then.
