Rededication

If any of you remember me I always have trouble with diet and seem to have a different work out routine every week.  I am a month and a half into my new position at work and it seems I still can’t make a schedule work for me.  I am now over 240 pounds and not very happy.  I know That I have gained some muscle but mostly I have packed on fat.  Most times I would go crazy and try to get down to 230 by next week.  I would spend every spare minute (with a new job and remodeling the house spare minutes are few and far between) in the gym and try to make up for my lack of will power when it comes to my diet.  With Time not on my side what I am going to do is full body every other day and cardio every other day.  Then concentrated on diet.  The kitchen in my house is basicly finished and is at least opperatable for cooking so no more mcdonalds, pizza, china buffet, ext., I will be preparing meals with the perfect micro nutients. I love to pump iron and will never stop.  but my goals can not be reached under a Barbell.  If anybody has a wonderful recepies of things that can be prepared and brought on the go I would apprieciate the feedback.   I have posted my new ballooned weight on my page and will try and get new measurements up tonight.  For this morning I am going to hit the Gym and kill my body.

Been a While

It has been a while since I have wrote a blog.  I slacked off for the first month of the year and have completed the second of six weeks into my new program.  I feel alot better than I did two weeks ago. I got a promotion in my job which has allowed me more flexibilty in my scedual and I have been able to consistantly get to the gym.  With my new position I tavel a bit more and have scoped out the gyms in the towns our stores are in.  I was able to work out in one this week and though it wasn’t the home gym and didn’t have all the equipment I would hope for, it was completely sufficiant and I had a good work out.  just thought I would say whats up. Every one have a great day.

Just wanted to dropped a quick blog and Tell every one Merry Christmas.  I am about to beat myself silly in the weight room.  then go to my moms house and Eat what ever I want.  Today is also my birthday so I am now 33.  I need to update my profile.  Heavy Weights and plenty of Ham and Pumpkin pie.  Have a Great couple of Days

WORKING OUT AT NIGHT

Monday night I did Chest front Delts and Tris.  Last night I did Back, Rear delts and Bi’s.  Today Legs and Core.  My chest is still sore from Monday and I hope it is better by tomorrow since I plan on working chest again tomorrow night.  My back isn’t quite yet sore, but I am sure by the end of the day I will feel the effects.  I am very happy working out at night.  My appatite is severy reduced if I hit the weights at night compare to morning.   I think different things work better for different people and working out at night is for me.

Quick post.  I am about to go to work.  no cardio today since I have a mens league Basketball game a 4 this afternoon.  I Lifted last night and plan on lifting again tomorrow.  One set each body part to failure (8-12).  I did this about 8 months or so ago and found great results in the strength realm.  I am trying now while under a controlled diet.  Wish me luck.  I will need it.

Another Day that start with Cardio.  it is 16 degrees out today in Wisconsin and I am letting my car warm up before hitting the gym.  I plan to go and do Basketball Drills.  that sounds like alot more fun then a treadmill.  Tonight I will lift.  Doing fullbody work outs every other day.  I have tomorrow off so I get to sleep in.  So I start another day and it is up to me if it is a step forward or backward.  I choose forward.

going to do cardio this morning.  I hate cardio with a passion and do not want to go.  I am forcing myself out the door.  wish I could pay somebody to do my cardio for me but that will not get the desired results so off to the gym I go to do Cardio.

This Blog really is not about bodybuilding.  GO PACKERS!!!  I am having a few friends over tonight to watch the game and I am excited for they’re chances.  Dallas is a great team but I think that we can beat them.  So just want to say GO PACKERS!!!

Wednesday morning and it is cold again.  it is time to do my arms and I am excited.  Legs yesterday went well.  I can tell because I need to use the rail to get up and down the stairs at my house.  Stairs are always a good measure of what you have done to your legs.  Went back to full squats.  I use the smith machine for saftey but go all the way down.  then end with a super set of Smith calf presses, Leg curls and Leg extensions.  that take a little more than a half an hour with rest.  I like to get in and out on leg day,  but go heavy and really get it done in that half an hour.  for the last couple of days I have been hitting the court for some shoot around.  this has been my carido and has been great.  I have had the whole court to my self.  When I miss a shot (wich is alot) I grab the rebound and run the the other basket for  a layup.  I would much rather do this than any machine and this is a very natural interval training.  Hope the Basketball court is open today.  I will probably make a fool out of my self when I am shooting around after killing my arms.  oh well, Don’t care.

Quick Morning Blog

I have about 10 minutes before I take my morning pre workout protien shake.  I thought I would write a quick blog about how cold it is up in northern Wisconsin.  not like it is below 0 or anything.  the reason it is cold is becuase it is 6 am, first real snow fall and I have to go out in the cold morning.  Nevertheless I need to kill my legs and I am not positive I will be able to go after work.  So I will go out in the cold morning,  and suck it up.  these are the days that make or break us in the persuit to change our bodies.  No magic pill or suplement will get it done, I need to go start my car, let it warm up and get my rear end in gear.
