only one pound
Monday, July 14th, 2008It is a good thing I have become num to the scale. The scale is like a friend of a friend that you really shouldn’t trust but have to listen to sometimes. I am doing a toning and fat burning program that consists of supersets with 15 to 20 reps. Each work out last week made me want to puke and I lost one pound. This is usually where I say screw this and go back to 8-10 reps but I will push on. I will give this at least two more weeks before I look to see if I need to switch it up.
