Cardio and Abs
Ok did it. 15 minutes of cardio then abs followed by another 15 minutes of cardio. to not bore myself I did 15 minutes on the eliptical, 30 minutes on different ab movements, 5 minutes on Stair Stepper, 5 minutes on Treadmill, and 5 minutes on bike. Tonight I will be hitting Chest and Delts

You may want to hit abs hardcore first and just finish with cardio. Burn your glycogen stores and then burn fat. It takes a little time before you can get into fat burning mode….this has worked best for me.
