BLASTING THE LIMBS
Wednesday, April 16th, 2008Blasting my limbs is the next phase of my transformation. I am content for the time being with my chest and Back. My legs and arms on the other hand are definetly to small. Upper/Lower body spit. Upper day will have a couple of movements to maintain Back and Chest but will mostly be devoted to Arms. Then of course Leg days would be for Legs. Mornings will do cardio, abs, pullups and Dips. Evening will go heavy to build muscle. Not 100% sure on how the workouts will be structured so I welcome suggestions from people who have had success in Arms and or Legs. Excited to see my results.
