This Blog really is not about bodybuilding.  GO PACKERS!!!  I am having a few friends over tonight to watch the game and I am excited for they’re chances.  Dallas is a great team but I think that we can beat them.  So just want to say GO PACKERS!!!

Wednesday morning and it is cold again.  it is time to do my arms and I am excited.  Legs yesterday went well.  I can tell because I need to use the rail to get up and down the stairs at my house.  Stairs are always a good measure of what you have done to your legs.  Went back to full squats.  I use the smith machine for saftey but go all the way down.  then end with a super set of Smith calf presses, Leg curls and Leg extensions.  that take a little more than a half an hour with rest.  I like to get in and out on leg day,  but go heavy and really get it done in that half an hour.  for the last couple of days I have been hitting the court for some shoot around.  this has been my carido and has been great.  I have had the whole court to my self.  When I miss a shot (wich is alot) I grab the rebound and run the the other basket for  a layup.  I would much rather do this than any machine and this is a very natural interval training.  Hope the Basketball court is open today.  I will probably make a fool out of my self when I am shooting around after killing my arms.  oh well, Don’t care.

Quick Morning Blog

I have about 10 minutes before I take my morning pre workout protien shake.  I thought I would write a quick blog about how cold it is up in northern Wisconsin.  not like it is below 0 or anything.  the reason it is cold is becuase it is 6 am, first real snow fall and I have to go out in the cold morning.  Nevertheless I need to kill my legs and I am not positive I will be able to go after work.  So I will go out in the cold morning,  and suck it up.  these are the days that make or break us in the persuit to change our bodies.  No magic pill or suplement will get it done, I need to go start my car, let it warm up and get my rear end in gear.

New Day New Battle.  I am about to go to the gym.  Chest Front and side Delts and Cardio.  Going in the morning because I don’t know when I will get out of work tonight.  the Big problem for me today will to stay on my diet.  If I can’t get home at a decent time tonight then I will be eating protien bars and shakes again.  I will do it though.  the prize is to close.

Sunday have deffinetly been a day of rest for me.  Watched the Packers Kill the Vikings and prove to me that the are for real.  Excited for the Thanksgiving game against Detroit.  I am going to my Aunts for Thanksgiving wich means that I can have a good size meal without eating leftovers all day.  The rest of the day I actually have rested.  I went out last night and Drank water all night.  I was out till almost bar close though.  So now I am going to hang out with my wife Drink a few protien shakes.  

P.S.  I won the battle with my diet again today.

Another day on track.  Lower carbs since I am not lifting today.  I like writing blogs when I have conquered the day.  The hardest days for me are friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  I am taking on one day at a time.

still on the right track.  another day of eating well (if you call protien bars a couple of times a day eating well).  Arms today.  had a good work out.  Tomorrow cardio.  I hate cardio but its a must.  Diet is everything so I am on a mission all day.  Its is no longer about getting to the gym to work out frustrations or about the excitement of lifting heavier than last time.  The prize has been to close for to long.

another day off.  This seems like the best day to write blogs since I worked out earlier today.  after a couple of weeks of two steps forward and Three steps back I seem to be on the right track.  A 4 day split:
Monday - Chest and front and Side Delts
Tuesday - Lats and Back Delts
Wednesday - Legs and Core
Thursday - Arms

Friday I will Do cardio and then I have my mens league Basketball Game on either Saturday or Sunday.  I want to get at least one night in for pick up game at the rec. Center.  Diet has been my biggest down fall.  I will concentrate more on my diet and follow a simple work out plan.  Wish me luck.
