yet another blog about how I screwed up.  Getting to 10% body fat is still the overall goal but I have to take it on baby step at a time.  anyway, an empoyee of mine wanted time off for his childhood dog to be put down.  This didn’t fall under the companies Family funeral leave policy but I allowed a couple of hours to do this for him.   5 hours later it was two late for me to get home and to the Gym before it closed.  Everytime I try a program where I work out at night I have interuptions like this from work.  Never the less I will Continue on with the program.  I just took a protien shake with Creatine, Glutamine, Tribulus, NOS, and Twin Lab Ripped fuel.  In a half an hour to 45 minutes I will hit the gym and Get a pump I will enjoy the rest of the day.  That is exciting.

Thursday morning and I don’t really want to do Legs.  I am going in I just don’t want to and want to express that.  Nobody if forcing me to go, except that if I don’t go I will regret it all day and the rest of the week. So I have to go and kill my legs.

had some up and downs since my last blog and a crazy work scedual.  I am happy with the last couple of days and although I did cheat some this weekend I didn’t lose any ground on the scale.  I am relieved to find the results.  Now I am dedicated to the goal at hand.  Plans have changed since last week (my ADD is kicking in).  I think this one should work for me.  Tuesdays and Thursday- legs in am, Monday, Wednsday, and Friday-upper body with the emphisis on arms in PM. Cardio would be open mornings or evenings.  Lets see how this goes.

in a half an hour or so I am going to get on the stair stepper and try to work off the egg,hashbrown,chz dinner my wife had made.  the meal was healthy enough in moderation!  Not that I went crazy but I didn’t help the cause.  thats ok though, started the day off well and I will strive to get better every day.

Scale was good to me this morning.  Not that that means alot.  it nothing I am going to post but it is a good way to start a thursday.  I did half an hour on the eliptical this morning and I will do another half an hour on the stair master tonight along with abs (Hopefully posting this will make me obligated to do this).  Well have to get to work. -

Wednsday

Chest - Decline DB Press 3×8/machine fly 3×12/d                     Â
 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 

Delts - Front and side Raises Alt. 3×16

Tris- Inside Grip Bench 3×8/ Bench Dip 3×12

Bis- Incline DB Curl 3×10 Each/ Cable Concentration curl 3×12

 

Friday

Legs- Leg Press 3×8-10/ Leg Curl 3×10/ Seated Calf Press 3×15

Bis - BB Curl 3×10/ DB hammer curl 3×12

Tris - V Bar Press Down 3×12/ Reverse inside grip Bench 3×12

Tuesdays and Thursdays will do cardio in the morning and abs after work.  I am hoping to fit cardio in at night on lifting days also, see how that goes.  I am trying to lose fat and increase the size of my arms.

been a while but I thought I would drop a Happy 4th of july to everyone.  I have been back and forth with progress.  summer weekend plans and an extremly busy work place has got me scaling down my work out plans.  I have time on Tuesday, Thursday and Sat.  Monday and Wednsday I have conference calls and bright and early and Friday I run a store sales meeting early.  So I am doing a full body work out three days a week.  hopefully I can controll my diet while I do this.
