Saturday, July 21st, 2007yet another blog about how I screwed up. Getting to 10% body fat is still the overall goal but I have to take it on baby step at a time. anyway, an empoyee of mine wanted time off for his childhood dog to be put down. This didn’t fall under the companies Family funeral leave policy but I allowed a couple of hours to do this for him.  5 hours later it was two late for me to get home and to the Gym before it closed. Everytime I try a program where I work out at night I have interuptions like this from work. Never the less I will Continue on with the program. I just took a protien shake with Creatine, Glutamine, Tribulus, NOS, and Twin Lab Ripped fuel. In a half an hour to 45 minutes I will hit the gym and Get a pump I will enjoy the rest of the day. That is exciting.
