so yesterday I found out that I am going to go to south padre for spring break for about 3 days when he gets home in march. So i have found new and more gym motivation to help keep me going strong. Cause i want to be able to flaunt all my hard work I have been putting in the gym for the past couple of months. The only problem is still not sure if im on the right track. my legs are getting good size, my upper body has gotten back to form but my midsection is lacking and that is what Im worried about the most. Still doing cardio 6 days a week after lifting weights and im still eating 6-8 times a day with eggs protein and all the good stuff. I know ive got a couple of weeks before i go but i dont want to cut it close and not be where i want. If anyone reads this and can give me some help or tips on what else i can do or eat, it would be greatly appreciated! Training is going strong though, working my butt off, and putting everything into the gym, so when i get home or to work, im pretty much worn out, and sore the next day.

I am going on the 6th week of my training, I feel and I know I look better than I did back and november after sitting on the couch for about 3 and half to four months due to my broken wrist. But I know and feel I have a long way to go before I get what I want and am looking for. So I can and have always been patient, I just hope I am on the right track. But I know i probably wont be able to tell for at least another 3 or 4 weeks. So I am truly hoping that by the end of feburary I know how everything is going. I bought cellmass to complete the mass stack and add more creatine and water to the nitrix and no explode I am already taking, I have taken it before so I just hope it will work like last time. The only thing I can tell and I am happy at the moment are the shape my legs are taking. Never before have I have the shape my quads are taking. I guess it shows how hard I am working. I guess taking a whole day for legs is working. I have stepped up my cardio up big time from a couple of weeks ago. Cause I bought the IPOD plus to keep track of my runs so it motivates me to run more and more. So im running 30 minutes monday thru fri on the treadmill and do a bunch of diff. things for a lone day of cardio on sat. Still eating and will continue to eat 6 to 8 meals a day and take protein. My weight has been fluctuating like crazy over the past 2 or 3 weeks. 194, 193, 191, 193…. I dont mind or care too much what my weight is but my ultimate goal is to get my bodyfat % down to have more of a "cut" and bulky look. I know it wont be easy but Im working harder than I have ever worked on anything else. So I hope it works out. Be back with more pics on the 1st of FEB. and measurements to follow. Hopefully I am making some good progress!
