Fat Loss - Training
Tuesday, May 20th, 2008Well, it’s been quite while since I’ve posted on here. To bring you up to speed I ended up bulking over the winter up to 220 lbs. Now I’m in the process of getting rid of all my stubborn fat that’s covering up my muscle. I’ve dropped about 10 lbs and am down to roughly weighing 210 now. My goal is to lose another 10 pounds roughly and get my bodyfat down to the single digits. So far so good. I’ll keep everyone posted with my progress and also add some new photos because the ones I have on here are quite outdated.
