Chest Day
Saturday, October 6th, 2007Well, I’ve been training pretty hard and it paid off today on chest day. I got 315 up for 7 reps. I’m working on hitting 10 reps at 315, so I’m getting there. Last time I only managed 5 reps, so my improvement was definately solid. The rest of my chest workout was kick as# as well and I felt like my chest was gonna explode leaving the gym. All in all it was a good day.
