Well, I’ve upped my cardio to 4 times a week now from virtually nothing. I usually train in intervals either on the tread mill or the eliptical machine for no more than 35 minutes a session, due to the fact that I don’t want to lose too much muscle mass. Anyone who knows me knows that I’m not a huge fan of cardio. However I’ve noticed over the last 4 weeks that my endurance is improving and I’ve been able to control my heart rate a lot better than when I first started. I’ve definitely lost a considerable amount of BF% and am looking leaner throughout my core. Although I feel like I’m in so called cardio hell, I guess I am going to keep this as a staple of my training from now on due to the way I’ve felt lately and the results that I’ve seen.

Well, it’s been quite while since I’ve posted on here. To bring you up to speed I ended up bulking over the winter up to 220 lbs. Now I’m in the process of getting rid of all my stubborn fat that’s covering up my muscle. I’ve dropped about 10 lbs and am down to roughly weighing 210 now. My goal is to lose another 10 pounds roughly and get my bodyfat down to the single digits. So far so good. I’ll keep everyone posted with my progress and also add some new photos because the ones I have on here are quite outdated.

Well, I’ve been training pretty hard and it paid off today on chest day. I got 315 up for 7 reps. I’m working on hitting 10 reps at 315, so I’m getting there. Last time I only managed 5 reps, so my improvement was definately solid. The rest of my chest workout was kick as# as well and I felt like my chest was gonna explode leaving the gym. All in all it was a good day.

Well I just finished up one hell of a workout. I did chest and legs today. I know right, not your typical split, but I had to make up for yesterday which I spent watching football instead of making it to the gym to do legs. Well, I supersetted chest and legs together to get it accomplished and left the gym with one hell of a workout in the bank.

Well, I’m pretty much done cutting down my weight and now it’s time to bulk up and put on some serious size. This week has been great for me and my strength has been going through the roof and basically all my lifts are going up. Today is my off day, so I’ll be watching a little football, GO PATS!! Tommorow I’ll be hitting it hard again. I should have some progress pictures up in a few weeks.

I definatley had a great workout today on my day off from work. I did back and bi’s and really felt good in the gym. I went a little heavier than usual and left the gym with an awesome pump. I also jumped on the scale and realized that I cut down another 3 lbs this week hitting my goal weight of 195. Now it’s time to get big again.

Well, I’m finally feeling better after getting wacked with a cold. I had a great chest workout tonight and left the gym with a awesome pump. Looking forward to getting back in tommorow and hitting it hard all week. I’m still looking to drop about 5 more pounds, so hopefully I can pull that off within the next week or so.

Heading out on the town with some of the guys tonight to get the party started off right. I’ll probably be paying for it this coming week, but what the hell, you have to enjoy life while you have it.

I’ve been feeling like absolute dog sh_t this week. Think I have a cold coming on. I’ve been managing to get in some decent workouts though. Hope I feel better next week so I can get back to doing some hard training.

I started trying to lean out and drop some of the body fat I put on when I was bulking up, and since I started taking my fat burner I’ve lost 7 pounds just this week. Looking forward to dropping about 10 more pounds and getting to a lean 190 lbs. Pictures for my profile should be coming shortly.
