Great Pump on Arms

I just got home from the gym today.  I worked out on shoulders, bi’s  & tri’s.  Great workout!  I love the feel of the pump afterwards.  It is awesome, I wish it could stay like that, but that’s not how it works.  Overall it was a good week.  It took me about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to get into the routine.  I feel that it’s going to be smooth from here on out.  My diet is a working progress, but I’ll get there.  I’ll probably do some cardio tomorrow morning for about 30-45 minutes and take it easy the rest of the weekend.  Laters.

Scale or No Scale?

I know the scale can be the enemy when it comes to losing weight, so the question is to weigh yourself?  The other question is, when is the best time to weigh yourself… is it first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon before your workout?
