Scale or No Scale?
I know the scale can be the enemy when it comes to losing weight, so the question is to weigh yourself? The other question is, when is the best time to weigh yourself… is it first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon before your workout?

i weigh myself every morning, first thing. and get my body fat checked every two weeks.

Me too. As soon as I get up, go pee, brush the teeth, and then jump on the scale. Keep it consistent!
