Slow Progress
I need some help as to what will jump start my body into responding. I saw a lot of progress at first, but not much at all 4 the past 2 weeks. I need to be ready 2 go to Lake Powell in mid-July. I don’t know if I’ll make it!!! Eating around 1200 calories with less that 20g fat. working out 5-6 days a week. HELP

Hi,
Have you tried changing your workout plan? You should try changing your workouts every 6 weeks or so. It doesn’t have to be major changes, an exercise or two, as well as trying different rep schemes should help.
